How to Create and use swatch
Create colors using color editor or using color slider and open swatch panel click on new button in swatch panel, your selected color will be save and you can use it again n again.
How to use Gradients
In this session we will learn how to use gradients. By using gradients we can create shading of two or more colors and we can also create 3D effect or 3D Look using Gradients.
To open gradient Editor Go to windows--Gradient or use shortcut Ctrl +F9.
We can apply gradients by clicking on gradients on gradient editor or by clicking on gradient button on fill options.
How Change color in Gradient
Select the color node and double click select from swatches or drag n drop colors from swatch panel.

How to add Color nodes
Click below area of the gradient, to add color nodes. pointer will changed with a Aero and + sign.
How to Delete Color Nodes
Select the node you want to remove and drag it outside or click on delete icon right side of gradient.
Types of Gradient
There are mainly two types of Gradients in Illustrator
Linear Gradient
Radial Gradient
Linear Gradient
It is straight it can be horizontal vertical or diagonal.
we can scale and rotate the gradient using gradient tool also.
Radial Gradient
It is circular or rounded.
You can scale radial gradient using gradient tool.
You can adjust the opacity of color node and make linear or radial transparency.
